Cabin Hill Labradoodle puppies are priced at $3,000 plus Tennessee Sales tax, if applicable. This price includes: two year health guarantee, first round of shots, microchip, dewormings, professional temperament analysis, and a puppy go home pack that includes: blanket with litter’s scent, leash, collar, toys, bag of food, training treats, the Puppy Primer book, puppy pads, a puppy schedule to help with the transition to your home and information to help register your microchip. You will also receive one month of complimentary pet insurance through Trupanion Insurance Company.
Our first step is that we ask you to submit a puppy application with a $350 non-refundable deposit to reserve your future puppy.*
Two weeks after a litter is born, we will send an email notification that your puppy has arrived! At this time a first payment of $1325.00 is due. At seven weeks of age, a temperament and coat assessment will be done to determine the best puppy for your family’s needs. Allocations will then be made. The additional fees of $1325.00 plus sales tax (if applicable) is required and may be paid by certified check or PayPal. If all monies have not been received at that time, then the puppy will be placed with the next approved family on the waiting list. If we fail to produce a puppy that fits your family’s needs within 12 months of your application, then your deposit may be returned.
Tennessee sales tax is added to all Tennessee sales. Our responsibility to our state gives you peace of mind that we are honest and ethical and will also honor all guarantees and contracts with you - our families.
When your Cabin Hill puppy is 7 weeks old, we begin our assessment process so puppies can be allocated to their new families. Our puppies undergo formal temperament testing. During this time puppies will also have complete wellness exams by our veterinarian. Once we have gathered this information, and considered our personal experience with the puppies over the last many weeks, we begin reviewing our families and their applications so we can make a perfect match. It is very important to fill out the application thoroughly, as well as discuss with us any special considerations your family might have. We fully reserve the right to match the puppies to the adoptive families, but we do respect your ideas and wishes as well. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with the Australian Labradoodle puppy that is ideal for your family, and that is not always obvious through pictures or short encounters with the puppies. Our focus is the health, temperament, personality and dynamic fit between our puppies and families. We spend a great deal of time with the puppies and get to know their individual tendencies and social skills. This, along with your puppy application, helps us to choose the perfect puppy for your family.
Pick Up Day
We will announce your puppy pick up day during the first week after your Cabin Hill puppy is born. The schedule will most likely be the first Saturday after your puppy has turned eight weeks old. We will schedule individual family times for each pick up so that we can answer all of your questions and spend time with each family. Cabin Hill Labradoodles may be able to board your puppy for a few days if needed. There will be a $40 per day boarding fee to continue our Puppy Culture training as well as more crate and potty training.
